Omkaram, Suprabhatam and heart chakra meditation
“Omkaram”是指複誦二十一次的” OM” – 永恆的神性之音。
“Omkaram” means twenty-one times chanting of "Om" – the eternal Divine sound.
“蘇伯巴壇” 是賽巴巴傳承的神聖廟堂唱頌，為了喚醒內在的神性以及感謝神在這新的一天引領著我們。蘇伯巴壇之歌對神（Bhagavan:崇高者，宏偉者─神的名字）祈禱，所有名相皆顯化於祂之中。透過這唱頌，人們熱切地表達出他們的神性體驗，讓新的每一天都是「祢的美好破曉」。
“Suprabhatam” is a holy temple chanting in tradition of Sai Baba for awakening the Divine within and for thanking God for guarding us on the new day.
在蘇伯巴壇之後，我們在心中以 ”神是愛” 真言，作15分鐘的靜默冥想。我們練習心輪冥想，這是一種專注於”神是愛”真語的靜默冥想，它服務於專注心輪並且經驗到愛的擴展。
After the Suprabhatam we meditate silently for 15 minutes on the mantra “God is Love” in our hearts.
請安靜的扺達。廟堂唱頌及「神是愛」心輪冥想，以喚醒內在神性。
Please arrive silently. Temple chanting followed by heart chakra meditation on "God is love" to awaken the Divine within.
